Obligatory Extra Charges:

  • Last Cleaning:  € 50,00 two roomed flat € 60,00 three roomed flat
  • Kitchen and cooking equipements cleaning € 25,00 - only if necessary
  • Weekly charges small pets € 15,00

Optional charges:

  • Extra cleaning: on demand
  • Linen change during the week € 13,00 per person once
  • Extra Bed  € 70,00 per week

Guarantee deposit:

This money must be payed on arrival and will be given back to you when you will leave us, if you will not cause us accidental damages:

  • € 150,00 for two roomed flat
  • € 200,00 for three roomed flat
  • € 250,00 Penthouse

 

  Long Holiday” special offer:

  • For a 3 weeks long vacation : reduction in price of 5% on the total, "F/G" period are not included;
  • For a 4 weeks long vacation : reduction in price of 10% on the total, "F/G" period are not included

 

Apartments may be yours since 4.00 p.m on arrival and must be left at 10.00 a.m. on departure.
